All memberships, including monthly or annual subscriptions to the New Roads, New Rules Podcast Community, are non-refundable.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, pro-rata or otherwise, for any payments already processed. This includes the initial subscription fee and any recurring charges thereafter.

• Stopping Recurring Charges: To stop future recurring charges, you must cancel your membership before your next billing date.

• Access After Cancellation: Once you cancel your membership, you will retain access to the community and all member benefits until the end of your current paid billing period. At that time, your membership access will cease, and you will not be billed again.
